Stayed at the most amazing villas in Phuket called Sawasdee Village. Each room was its' own little bungalow and you walked through this beautiful jumble of wildlife to get to your room. Every day they put out fresh frangipani flowers and citronella candles. It was wonderful!

The pool was pretty awesome too. It had a rain shower and a swim up bar. Some of the rooms were swim-out as well. They had their own private pool which had barn style doors that led to the larger pool if you wanted to swim out and join the peasants at the bar. This place has been featured on a bunch of "Top Places to Stay" and even though we didn't know about it at the time, it was super lucky that we got to stay there. Top-notch experience.
Also the morning buffet with fresh pressed juice and Thai breakfast foods was incredible!! They also offered a cooking lesson where they brought us to the local market for ingredients..
and then we took a class to make a local dish where we used Pandanaus leaves! I've never eaten anything like that before. It was delicious especially with the local beer! And then to the streets for dessert!

If you get a chance to stay at the Sawasdee Village in Phuket, you should do it! It is within walking distance of a convenience store, local market, money exchange, and the beach as well.
